    My Amiga hasn't been turned on for more than 4 years now... So I wouldn't know what to do with it... :-/

    I had 1 or 2 calls in 2 years, so it was time to take the bbs offline (this was 3 years ago btw!). But the fido/amiga-net node is still working as you can see. ;)

    only thing needed is gcc, and i know gcc exists on amiga, and i know a c programmer :-)

    When I took over as ZC I tried to contact as much regions as possible. Conclusion: the nodelist was totally outdated. And this is now more than 5 years ago I think...

    yep times runs fast, he have not updated since the work is not in sync on web/cvs

    that could be, or maybe that telecoms takes to high rate for get fidonet bundles

    Firewalls scare me. I built some new ones for the ISP I help run - first reboot, and the buggers don't come back up. That was 17:20 on a Friday. Luckily, it had a happy ending.. ($ networking restart)

    Yes, though it's not brilliantly reliable - I see one of my mailers has hung :-/
