Hey, that's what I want to be using in the (near) future too!
Any tips you can give for compiling, etc, are welcome! ;)

Download the source from sourceforge, unpack. cd to the src dir, copy
the header file (forget the name but it's *.__h), to the same name,
but withiout the __'s there. Ie: header.h. Edit said file, and then compile it... wait and then have fun....

It was that easy! It also helps me a heap, as mbse (the bbs) generates a golded config file...

I suspect this is due to the fact that I'm compiling on a 64bit
system. I'll have to look into that...
gcc version ?
it have nothing to do with 64bit or not imho
and why all that silly compile options ?
and last but not least, what os :-)

Unfortunately, it is not going to be that easy:

Hey, you found my experimental binkd daemon... ;)
But what is this empty message supposed to accomplish?

super it works
But what is this empty message supposed to accomplish?
just tested if my husky works, feddy is my own point setup, just testing, but its not as good as msged :/
I still need to get GoldEd through the compiler in my 64bit linux.
And after that: http://fmail.sourceforge.net/announcement.html ;)

yes, there is few things that can break it, original golded author did not make sources clean for 64bit compiles, but this maybe the oldest versions still have this problems, trick here could be mount nfs msgb and run golded in 32bit chroot
And after that: http://fmail.sourceforge.net/announcement.html ;)
nice page :)
It's the content that is important, not the page. ;)

This area doesn't and never has existed in AmigaNet...
However it might be a good idea to have a test area in AmigaNet. Any opinions?

Your very own NA located here says it does exist.

Indeed... Can't remember why I added that. Probably because of the same idea: it might be a good idea to have a test area in AmigaNet... ;)
