    Nancy Pelosi is urging Joe Biden to cancel his debates with Trump out of fear that Trump will crush him.

    What does this say about Nancy? And what does it say about Joe?

    Nancy would rather keep Americans in the dark about issues that Trump and Biden really should debate over, out of fear that her candidate will fail miserably.

    And Joe can't be trusted to prevail in the debates? What kind of leader will he be then?

    Furthermore, Nancy said "There's no point in talking with that man." Isn't that a shame? The house majority leader has no interest in communicating with the president, and encourages others not to communicate with him either; how's that for productivity?

    Appalling. You are unfit to lead a country, if that is your attitude. They must lack self-awareness, if they don't see this kind of action as a clear message to Americans that they don't want to lead.

    A national leader needs to be able to speak with opponents. It is a CRITICAL trait, especially in international relations. If Trump can speak to Kim Jong Un, surely they can speak and debate and discuss with Trump.

    You're right. When Nancy tells Biden "don't debate with Trump," she's telling Biden not to debate with me either; this gives him 0 chance of winning over any moderate conservatives.

    I want to hear Joe's side of the story. I already can't trust Joe to keep his fingers to himself, but if he would debate, then maybe whatever good he has in him could come out?

    She's at least smart enough to know Biden would lose the race in a landslide
    if he was in a televised debate with Donald Trump.


    The contrast would be so stark it would drive even a vast number of democrats to vote for Trump to avoid a Biden/Harris administration.

    Thats a good point. Debating Trump isn't just debating Trump, its debating all
    those that may vote for him.
