I added one more condition to the cybertoast tagline generator where
only if the 'days from now' is less or equal to 365 days then it gets outputted to the list. Therefore when the 2020-02-29 cybertoast
becomes 2024-02-29 on May 1st it will drop off the radar never to be
seen until 2023-03-01 rolls around. I think that is a better outcome
than outputting a cybertoast date that is more than a year from 'now'.
You mean Mar 1st, yes....?
This will also affect the 11-05 toasts...
just as well we're going to do them yearly now, too... <G>

Yes I did. Thank you for the correction and I just checked to make
sure the tagline generator will get it right as well (it is/was
getting it right).

It would have given the 10 year span between.
just as well we're going to do them yearly now, too... <G>
Also the fact that I am not getting any younger and there may not be
that many more decades left for me. Annual ones make more sense now
that I am no longer 30 years old.
I was wondering when you'd get around to that way of thinking...
After a certain point, it's good to celebrate them all...

Raging against the storm.
Speaking of storms, we got a blast of
winter last week with a couple days of snow that is now mostly melted
and has turned to the usual rain.
After a certain point, it's good to celebrate them all...
We'll try that on for size. On 2020-11-06 it should change to
2021-11-05 as well as drop to the bottom of the list making 2021-01-01
the top entry ... until 2021-01-02 that is.
And eventually one has to accept things

We got snow last weekend
Ours has melted and has been replaced with huge puddles of water that doesn't appear to be in a rush to go anywhere. Also the rain that has been falling almost continuous ever since hasn't helped any. On the
plus side at least it's warm.
Wintry weather, pretty much...

Wintry weather, pretty much...
The sun came out today. It rained overnight which means there are
still only two days in January without precipitation so far and there
are only two more days to go.

The last two days of January were both soakers. The ground is
completely saturated so the rain has nowhere to go and is now piling
up.

Ouch. We were supposed to get some over the last couple of days but
we got, and are getting, more rain instead. I'd sooner have the rain rather than snow but it would be nice to get none of either for a
change.
There is a good chance for sunshine this weekend but a tad on
the cool side with lows just slightly above freezing.
I think we were a little short of that foot or so
And just south of you into the States, I've heard of flooding
I hope you did get a bit of sunshine

A little short of a foot is too much if you ask me.
And just south of you into the States, I've heard of flooding
I heard that too and I also heard that the north of the Island got it
the worst as far as this part of the world is concerned.
I hope you did get a bit of sunshine
Today we did. No rain but perhaps some light showers the weather
people are saying.
I'm just as happy not to get any... but that would be wishful
thinking hereabouts...
As long as you were spared...

Same situation here except with rain. The ground is still super
saturated so even a little bit will cause more grief than it normally would at this stage of the game.
As long as you were spared...
Not totally but nowhere near as bad as others in the general area.
In some parts there have been people and their vehicles ended up being drowned after being swept away by some raging stream that has broken
it's banks. One guy got swept off a bridge while he was observing the raging stream from above. Last I heard they still haven't recovered
his body.
Today was sunny for the mostpart with no rain. Tomorrow and Saturday
are forcast for at least some periods of rain. Hopefully we get a
miss on any of that but I have my doubts.
