One of the systems that receive echomail from me is " skipping" some of the packets destined to it:

I have seen this before. My experience is that the problem will eventually disappear by itself. It may take a day or so...

I suspect that those files are already sitting in that nodes inbound, or that node has run out of free space, but I can't be sure.

I would ask that sysop what is happening there. I use BinkIT here on my BBS
but I have not seen that error so I don't know why that is happening.
