8 oz Kraft Old English Cheese
3 tb Onion; grated
1/4 c Mayonnaise
Cut cheese up in chunks and mash finely with a heavy fork. It's much
easier if you microwave the cheese for a few seconds to soften it.
Add grated onion, and mayonnaise. Beat with a spoon until soft. It
does harden when chilled! So you may prefer a little more mayonnaise
in it. Serve on crackers.
