Now the most obvious changes are where any one can add a Description
to a echo where none exists as initially these will be blank as I do
not have a source for these as all that is available is Echo Tag name
and Title.
These echo areas will have no password in (at least initially - unless abused) but it would allow any one to provide a Description for them
if interested.
Comments or observations ?

I'll promise to try and give these areas an inapropriate and maybe
obscene description, just for the fun of it...
Security needs to be done from the start and by design...
