As far as the timing on this end, it is quite rapid. I
suspect that the time zone at the originating address is
probably UTC-4 or UTC-5 so that may have some minor impact.

although I see 18 messages in here since then, I see
nothing so far at 2:310/31.3

It's arriving fine here and at my Telegram link.
Maybe you need to make sure you have areafixed the correct echo
with OpenXP.
