    Here is what I mean.. I'm in a chat with a friend, and I post my "ironic" message. The little timer indicates that it is still the process of being sent. But the funny thing is I am responding to the message from my friend BELOW that.

    The last, and successful post is the result me copying my own message above, and reposting it. THAT one gets sent OK, confirmed by the checkmarks.

    Never noticed that. (But I don't watch that timer/check-mark icon)

    A post usually gets "sent" right away (within a second or two), and I listen for the satisfying little "pop!" sound. But this time it was not happening.

    The only time there might be delay is when I have a photo attachment. But I found it unusual that the just-text one was stalling.

    It does on my BlackBerry phone. But I don't remember the desktop versions doing that.
