    min: Rosstat - 4.7
    max: UN modeling - 7.0-7.5.

    Same applies to the U.S.

    Stalin was a thug by all means. He killed 27+ million people, and no one had the guts to stop him. His own staff let him rot on the floor of his office, lying in his own piss for days. Russia has historically been ruled by criminals, and most people have always admired it. A country of lies and fear.
