The message time is the local time of the writer of the message.
TZUTC is the offset to UTC time.

Any mailer that is used by the receiver/reader of the message (area)

I specifically meant my original message.
Just want to test if my mailer processes TZUTC kludge correctly.

I just explained OpenXP's behaviour in /de/comm/software/crosspoint
Yep, seen it and it would be really nice if somebody could be kind
enough to translate your explanation into English, please, thanks :-)

To keep a long story short: the "Datumscode" a.k.a. "EDA" field in OpenXP is in ZConnect format.
Datumscode: 20201214153100W+1 (14.12.20, 16:31)
The part before the "W+1" is always UTC so you can (hypothetically) sort messages by this field.
The "W+1" is the difference of local time minus UTC, and the part in parentheses is the local time.
