    You may want to check to see if 1:340/400 still routes all of his netmail through the previous Z1C. If so, it probably hasn't worked for anyone he links

    Marty did indicate that the previous Z1C being down was what lead to a
    recent echo mail shortage in his region, so I suspect you might be onto something here.

    You might want to see if you can setup a direct netmail route with the current
    Z1C (Nick), and use that for the time being until Rob can access his system an
    fix whatever it is that needs fixing.

    Not a bad idea. If not with Nick then with someone who connects with Nick,
    or whose netmail is working.
