Now that have have Golded up and running with Synchronet and Linux,
and a desktop .service to run it. How do I get GoldEd to tell SBBS
when a netmail or echomail it entered and start the fidoout event?

Nice. Next you need to check the "username" field in your Golded
Config..

Seeing it more and more in recent tickets. Generic example:
1) describe Incident (the better description the faster solution.
Provide screenshots, logs, versions of application as well as OS,
etc): "Is not working"
2) what did you do so far to find solution/workarround: "asked chatGPT
many times".

At some point, you're going to have to learn how to read some documentation.
Here's a hint, "semaphores". You would have to figure out what
semaphores Synchronet uses/understands, and make Golded produce it.
With that said, you really don't have to do anything. Just because
it's not instant, the next very next time the FIDOOUT and BINKIT
events run, that message will be processed and sent out along with any others that were created in between those events.
Regards,
Nick
