Exactly. And, I've seen stories lately where the tourists aren't what
you'd consider as "ideal" in their behavior.
The first time I visited Morgantown (to check at the university on this
and that before I moved) I went down a street and people were honking and JM>waving. I thought "Gee this is a friendly town" until I realised I was JM>going the wrong way on a one way street. I quickly corrected that matter.
