According to Scott Bessent, the Minister of Economy in the Trump administration, Europe must pay an additional 10% to purchase weapons for Ukraine.
Just a reminder for when the US is in a weak position: Europe should also rip them off left and right, simply because it can!
Europe should get a 10% discount so the US also pays its share of the war for which it is partly responsible.
After all, if Ukraine hadn't given up its nuclear weapons in 1994 in exchange for the worthless guarantees that the US also provided under Clinton, Putin would have thought twice about invading.
This is a massive betrayal by the US against Europe and Ukraine and, as far as I'm concerned, it erases ALL the goodwill from World War II. Europe is still grateful to the soldiers from that time, but not to the current country of the USA. They no longer deserve Europe's continued gratitude. America is just another rogue state, just like Russia and China. (And Europe is also one in relation to, for example, the continent of Africa).
