I saw that too. It looks interesting, though more so if you have Canon
lenses for other cameras, since that seems to be what the big exchangeable
    lens adapter is designed for.

Unfortunately I only have Pentax and Leica 3b (screw mount) exchangeable lenses.

It's not, the new one is

I was referring to the Pi High Quality Camera, which requires a C or CS
    mount lens (25mm screw thread).

My lens collection, which I have used extensively on both Leica 3B and
Pentax Spotmatic F bodies, all have a 40mm screw thread mount so, as I
said, my lenses won't work with the new High Quality Pi camera.

The Ars article I was using as a reference is here: https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2020/05/raspberry-pi-launches-camera-with- interchangeable-lens-system-for-50/

There's a link to it in the article Jan posted a link to.

I was too, and I linked to the C/CS-mount wiki page. That's the previous
HQ Camera. The new one is the same but with a different S-mount, also
called M12. Neither are Canon-specific: "It's not [designed for Canon
    lenses]".
