Looks like you're getting somewhere with this with the authors (and I didn't know the answer). However, you may want to inform your uplink on the proper way to setup echolists. 1:218/700 shouldn't be showing you Zeronet (911:) areas in an Areafix response.

Would you like to run my bbs for me too?
You were posting screenshots. I pointed out an error I noticed in the screenshot, which (god forbid) had nothing to do with what you were asking about. I figured since you like to point out errors from every which direction all day long.. you might've been interested in that one, too.
I understand now, though. It's only when /you/ report errors do you demand it gets fixed, otherwise a temper tantrum ensues.
First, you assume that I didn't request an area list for Zer0net.
Second. You assume that you know what network I want to send a netmail
from.
so you're telling me to do something that you must assume I have already done.
Now, move along, there's nothing more to see here.
Hey nelgin!

Or, you could just quit being a cunt? :D

There's a non-intuitive setting in scfg to limit areafix responses to
the specific zone of the requester, does anyone recall where it is? I
fixed this issue once years ago, but can't find it in my notes.

Doesn't ring a bell. Maybe you're referring to keys/required keys for echocfg->echolists? --
