What is the difference between Letsencrypt and Letsyncrypt?
Letsencrypt is a free public certificate authority: letsencrypt.org
LetSyncrypt is a Synchronet module for supporting letsencrypt's cert protocols (specifically for https/tls/ssl support):

Do I use one or the other or both?
Both together.
