Where can I download Synchronet Oneliners?

Is there a README or wiki on installation, both for the online games menu (which I think I can handle myself anyway..) and for displaying Synchronet Oneliners in the login process.

You can make any external program execute during the login process by setting its "Execute on event" value to "Logon" in scfg.
