Huh? "The 80x24"? That's a screen size, not an address or
client.
You can use ../text/host.can or ../text/ip.can to drop specified
hosts or IP addresses. Instructions are at the top of those
files.
... "42? 7 and a half million years and all you can come up with is 42?!"
80x24 is the most common screen resolution for users... if you literally want to block all users, go for it.

Gotcha and I found the tread but it was not what I was thinking
of. I am just getting bombarded with bots scanning the telnet
port and they register on the board as 80x24 screen size. I was
hoping to find a way to tell the BBS to just hang up on those.

Gotcha - From playing with SyncTerm it defaults to that however for my eyes the text is not clear and sharp. But I am understanding the why and all that. I am working on another method to cut down on the bot probing on my ports.
