  • One more issue

    This one is weird:

    When typing emails or messages, sometimes the editor just pauses for 2-4 seconds. I have no idea why. It will then catch up. Could this be a setting or something? It seems to happen randomly.I am using DCT i think.

    DCTEdit is a 16-bit DOS program. You'll likely have better performance with a native or JavaScript editor (e.g. fseditor.js or slyedit.js).

    That said, I've also noticed additional keyboard delay when using full-screen editors and SyncTERM v1.2a (still as alpha) - so double-check what terminal program you're using as well.

    The message headers say you're using SlyEdit (DCT style).

    I think that would indicate your BBS machine is busy doing something in the background that is slowing it down a bit.

    I checked the message headers for his message, and it said he was using SlyEdit.
