Hiya Rob,
Hope you are well. 8-)
Hey I am not sure what I have done to my BBS, but the Timed Events do not seems to be going off automatically as scheduled.
Specifically FIDOIN and Tickit events always seem to be hung in pending when I look in umonitor .
(Running 3.20 on Linux)
If I Force Timed event on all of the others, they hang in Pending.
If I reboot the BBS, some of them may run on restart.
Weird thing is that some of the Timed events seem to be running, but FidoIN and Tickit dont run.
I can run the commands manually and they complete without error.
I must have touch something I shouldn't.
Any thoughts?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by "hang in Pending"?
It sounds like you might have one or more events configured for "exclusive" execution? And maybe you have more nodes
configured in SCFG->Nodes than your terminal server is configured to service (SCFG->Servers->Terminal->Last Node)? More
details (e.g. node status, log messages, etc.) would be necessary to know for sure.

Hi agin Rob,

I checked the above.
The only Timed External Event that has "exclusive" execution set is MSGMAINT.
SCFG->Nodes = 8
SCFG->Servers->Terminal->Last Node = 8
Here is an example of what I see happening.
If I start the BBS and let it run for > 24 hours and the look in umonitor under "Force Timed Events" I see both fidoin and ticket events marked as pending (even though I didn't manually force them)
I can run sbbsecho and ticket manually and see an sudden influx of >24hrs worth of echomail and files, so it is as if fidoin and ticket have not run for ages. (they are set to run 24 times a day)
As for other events. If I force them in umonitor, they will sit in pending state (in umonitor) until the next time I restart sbbs, then they will run on bootup.
Its very strange. It seems the event manager is not running properly. Not sure how I managed to stuff it up as I rearely make config changes to this BBS. 8-/
I hope to do an upgrade soon, but I thought it would be best to make sure everything is running normally first.
It is running 3.20 on Linux.
Do you have any thoughts on where I should look next?
