  • Door Toolkit for Windows Virtual Pascal?

    2 of them, but upon exit from the door, it log's off ...

    I've tried Freedoor and one that I guess was written by g00r00... (It started with a D)...

    I've since deleted them because they did not work...

    Does anyone know of a good door kit that can be used under Virtual Pascal...

    MannDoor might work, I don't know if it's any good though.

    that's funny it works for me. you use v.04?

    there is also xdoor 3.01 i use as well.

    when you exit the door, it kills the whole BBS connection and kicks you off
    of the BBS... I know... weird.

    Gary, I don't know if this will help or not because I don't know the
    toolkits for pascal, but in OpenDoors (the toolkit I use for C) you exit
    the door with od_exit and if you return true, it hangs up if you return
    false it stays connected.

    I wonder if there is something similar in d32 or not..

    I can't seem to locate xdoor 3.01 .

    Will that work with Virtual Pascal on Windows? If so, do you have a copy?

    I tried D32, the door would run, but upon exit, it would log you off of the BBS.

    I did download xdoor 301 and it DOES work under Virtual Pascal, and the doors run fine with no Kicking-Off upon exit... so I will use that. I am trying Virtual Pascal because it can use Door32, and I can write the programs in Windows 8... Not have to Dosbox at all.

    So I will give that a shot.

    that's because you were using an older version v.3. the last version is v.4 with the hang up bug fixed. oh also sim bbs is d32, my master mind is d32 and mpl ;) gallows pole and seadog two doors im working on again are d32 hehehe (bragging)

    As I type this, I can't remember. I know it's the latest, probably VP 2.1. I've only played with it a little, I compiles a OneLiner with it and it ran fine on the BBS.

    Yep... I also have build 249. Sorry you had to pay for it, I've done that before, bought something, then 1 month later they make it free... :/

    I've never done anything in pascal. Only MPL.
