Since rebuilding my board a couple of weeks ago, incoming files are
stuck in echomail/in and not getting tossed.

So now some of the files have tossed. However, I've built of a
collection of dupes, such as:
fsxinfo.zip
fsxinfo.1.zip
fsxinfo.2.zip
yep just delete them.
I would just delete all and wait for the next weekly one to arrive.
