Also the first file it tried to export was 4 GB! Never get that big for any reason!

It seems to be limited to 3:770/1 (running an A42 build) so I disabled him temporarily :( Other nodes are transferring ok so far.

Download the latest A42 (updated like 5 minutes ago) and try again. If it does that again can you please look in your Fidonet outbound directory for any files that end with an extension LO (so *.?cl). If you could send those to me in an e-mail then I can take a look and see what it might be doing. If you can't
do that then I can probably add in some additional logging in a later build
to help diagnose.
