When you add a file area with filefix, does it not send all the files from that area? Is there a way to (re)send them?
%resend *.* <filearea> doesn't do anything.

%HELP is your friend :)
Filefix doesnt respond to *.* - you need to name the file you want from the file area.

Other than dialup my HUB ( you =p ) how do I get a list of files?
There's no options like rescanning with areafix =(

Actually, I dont produce a list, what are you after and I can send it
out to you.
I think other systems post a file list in the File Announcements echo
(?), and whatever is in there hatched out on FSX can be re-obtained with
a "%resend <file> <filearea>" command to filefix.
