    Hello alterego,

    I wonder if there is a way to make the test bot just reply once?

    Does the test bot reply to messages in your message base? Are you getting dupes

    Well, I could take a look I guess.

    I have the bot in place for 2 reasons.

    * So you get a reply to a test message in a reasonable time (in case nobody else is around). Ideal for when you are working on your system and you want to know its working.

    * Know that a message made it to a hub. Ideally each hub could run the bot, and



















































































































































































































































































    as hub maintainers, we would know that the net is working.

    I can handle the second case I guess, by having it in the bot echo, so the noise wouldnt be so .... noisy :) (But as the other hubs dont have this ability, its kinda moot anyway...)

    Its a hpt filter, so I just need to see if I can trigger it after dupe detection.
