  • Hey from a BBS newbie!

    Hey all,

    I'm new to BBS and just learning the ropes.

    Thanks Keyop for maintaining.

    I missed exploring this in my dial up youth. MSN and browser based forums were the norm then.

    Can I ask how do I post on other areas other than Local - such as Dove net etc?

    Hi Electric,

    Dial up is still an option for this BBS if you want the really old retro feel :)

    Re posting in networked mail areas, its blocked by default for new users as I had some rogue users sending loads of spam/junk mail.

    I've upgraded your access so you should be able to send mails in DoveNet / Fido etc.

    Let me know if you spot any bugs.

    I still like to dial up via modem some of my favourite BBSes :)
