That's cool. I looked it up on Wikipedia, and it seems like Video Genie is a model 1 clone.

Yup,I think so. As you saw, they have different names depending where in the world. Australia called them the Dick Smith System 80 and in the US they were PMC-80 I think. Makes it hard to track them down.
I'm really after a Dragon 32 from the UK and a Ti99/4A with some software (or I think it was firmware). I have a ZX Spectrum with a bad CPU that I'm in the middle of fixing. I managed to pull a couple of tracks while removing it. It was my first attempt so rookie mistake. I also have a Commodore 64 in bits with a suspected bad memory chip.
I'm also fixing a WiiU which is scattered ovre the living room floor, much to my wife's dispair.
