    Where is a good place to go to get menus I can use on a BBS? How about other 8 bit graphics?

    And - what is the best software that works on a Win 10 machine that will do 8 bit graphics?

    Check out https://www.ansigarden.com You might be able to find some stuff in the FREE section. If you are willing to pay for some ansi graphic he can do that for you also.

    And - what is the best software that works on a Win 10 machine that will do 8 bit graphics?

    Are you looking for an ANSI editor? If so chack out Mobieus. https://blocktronics.github.io/moebius/
