Hi All,
Had a weird one. Setting Internet said there was
no Internet access. It blocked installation of
a Quickbooks Enterprise update. And the Internet
was definitely working, especially with
me remotely logged in.
As it transpires, it was a goofed M$ Update that
did not update the DNS server setting was look for.

1) <win><R> regedit

ActiveDnsProbeContentV6 -> 2001:4860:4860::8844
ActiveDnsProbeHost -> dns.google.
ActiveDnsProbeHostV6 -> dns.google
ActiveDnsWebProbeHostV6 -> www.msftconnecttest.com
EnableActiveProbing -> 1
4) Reboot (restart) your
