I keep reading that the more you seed the faster the torrent downloads.
How does that work?

Does the receiving Windows bittorrent client "speed up" the downloads?
Or does the seeding bittorrent client do that speeding up of downloads?

How do torrents manage the download speed based on how much YOU seed?
