No, this is not a "freedom of speech" issue. First, no one stopped them from saying what they wanted to say.
Second, freedoom of speech does not even apply here. Feel free to look up what "freedom of speech" actually means. And more importantly, where it applies. Hint: Microsoft is not a government, and where these fools opened their yaps was not public property.
