In memory of all of the victims of the 9-11
attack on America, the innocents at the
World Trade Center & at the Pentagon &
on all the flights including the flight which
crashed in Pennsylvania due to the brave
passengers resisting the attackers.
Highest ever average exercise & fewer
average calories than last week, but frus-
trated that my loss down to 138.8 pounds
on the first day became a wall I could not
get passed despite strong efforts to do so
on all but 1 day.
Lost 2 pounds over last 7 days (last
Saturday I weighed 140.8 pounds)
Current Weight = 138.8 pounds
Current Waist = 28.75 inches
Current Height = 5 feet 6.25 inches
Current Waist-to-Height Ratio = 0.43396
Current BMI = 22.2
Last 7 days calories / exercise
Calories, under 1,000 calories 1 day, 995 9/9,
highest calorie day = 1,952 9/7,
average calories = 1,254 per day.
Exercise indoor cycling sessions for
30 minutes, most = 9 on 1 day 9/10
least = 6 on 5 days 9/5 to 9/9
average = 6.57 per day.
Per my comment that I would try for
no calories over 1200, I succeeded
6 of 7 days. Per my comment that I
would try for at least -5- 30 minute
exercise sessions per day, I did that
all 7 days, at least -6- every day, total
success.
This week, I'm lowering my calorie
wall down to 1,000 per day, & will
try to keep my exercise up but since
it was so high last week, I doubt I'll
achieve that this week. I hope I can
get past that 138.8 pound wall I was ...
... stuck at this past week, & get down
to the mid-137 area, BMI 22.0, & will
be intrigued if I get there as to how
many calories I can consume per day
to maintain that weight. It appears it's
going to be, well, I won't jump ahead ...
... & worry about that until I make it
down to my BMI 22.0 goal. Hopefully
that'll happen sometime this coming
week.
Music videos, I added Avril Lavigne, &
among her videos is "We Are Warriors",
an inspirational video to all of us who
are fighting Covid-19, especially those
on the front lines at hospitals & daily
jobs in which risks are ever-present, ...
... special tribute to the brilliant scien-
tists who developed Covid-19 vaccines
so quickly:
