I like text based / article based instruction, I guess it's just what I'm us to. To that end I enjoy Educative.io a lot. They have lots of tech course work, around DevOps, Development, System Design, etc.
I much prefer text-based learning articles, both for referencing previous statements, note-taking etc, When I see an interesting topic and it's a video I just close out immediately (With IT-related research anyway, gardening or DIY etc is generally better suited to the video format)
