TURMEL: MedPot Permit Address Change Delay gets Francois & Amelie Busted

Similar to Ryan Challenger's medpot renewal being delayed by
Health Canada, delays of Francois Desforges' and Amelie
Sirois' medpot permit renewals got them raided.

I've reported on Ryan Challenger's medpot permit stall. 18
months without receiving his renewed amended permit yet.

Francois and Amelie got their grow permits in 2018. Francois
for 50 indoor plants and Amelie for 95 outdoor plants.

Promptly renewed for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2222, but not for Feb
2023.

After 5 months without renewal, they had to move so Amelie
transplanted 56 plants at their new place. They waited for
their renewed permit before trying to amend the address.
Unlike Ryan Challenger who did file his application to amend
before his renewed permit had arrived which still hasn't
arrived a year later.

Two months later, after waiting 7 months for a renewal, they
were raided for not having a permit for the new address and
the cops cut down all their plants. They're now awaiting
being charged. Your tax money at work.

Remember, back in early 2021, Gisele Pilon had applied for a
permit but was during the permit processing delay. Cops
hadn't charged her yet so I thought it would help if she
could ask Federal Court to expedite her permit. She filed a

rent for the garden she couldn't use and the value of extra
cost of buying herb on the street, and a motion for an
interim permit pending delivery of the delayed one. Health
Canada hopped to it to deliver the permit before the hearing
date to mooten the need for a hearing Almost 80 times!

The previous lead case was being appealed and her attempt to
get her permit in time for her trial didn't work. But she
showed it to her judge who led her to believe the court
sympathized but then slammed her with a big fine. You can

But for Francois and Amelie, the address change had not come
through and so they must be punished.

So Health Canada is still stalling people's permits, some
until they get busted, or maybe die. 7 months to change an
amended renewal permit?

Sadly, the Crown getting me declared a vexatious litigant
for helping people fight Health Canada in the past means I
can't help anyone fight the evil gremlins any more.

Isn't our Government evil?

I remember finding out back in early 2000s that Health
Canada had stalled 94 patients to death. But they covered it
up by filing them under the "Dormant" category. Dormant 6
feet under.

Glad to say the mass murderers at Health Canada and the
Ministry of Justice were caught. Not punished, but exposed.
And though they are now stalling more people, maybe to
death, I barred from helping unless I get leave, no problem
for important issues, and pay my outstanding about $20,000
in court costs from past cases. As a professional gambler, I
didn't pay income tax, not letting them burn my tax money
paying interest on chips they could have issued themselves
interest-free.
