This is an interesting spin. Usually it's the Feds who infiltrate
groups like the Oath Keepers until the entire group is made up of Eff
Bee Eye informants, or as per this case, Dee H Ess informants /
undercover agents. This begs the question, did Oath Keepers infiltrate
Dee H Ess, or is the mainshit media trying to spin it that way because
if it's the other way around, it would blow their entire January 6 "insurrection" story out of the water. It's surprising they didn't use
this spin with the Governor Whitmer (Witmer?) per the plot to kidnap her
when it turned out the kidnapper group was made up of Eff Bee Eye
    informants.

A leaked membership list suggests that Oath Keepers have infiltrated the Department of Homeland Security.
More than 300 members of the paramilitary group describe themselves as
    current or former DHS employees.
DHS did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Just weeks after Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes was convicted of
seditious conspiracy for trying to violently overturn the 2020 election,
a leak of the paramilitary group's membership list has revealed that potentially hundreds of far-right extremists have infiltrated federal
law enforcement, the Project on Government Oversight reported on Monday.

Launched in 2009, the Oath Keepers from the start tried to recruit from
the military and law enforcement with an ostensible goal of upholding
the US Constitution and having its members refuse unlawful orders, per
the Southern Poverty Law Center, which labels it an "extremist" group.
In practice, that has meant, as on January 6, rejecting the rule of law
    — court orders and democratic processes that thwart far-right policy
goals — in favor of conspiracy theories and armed resistance.

Being "far right" does not disqualify one from employment.
"Far LEFT" people certainly have no problem getting govt
jobs, so fair is fair. Indeed a sharp lawyer might make
a good discrimination case over govt not "looking like
    the society" in ideological terms.

Yes. More than likely, federal law enforcement infiltrated the Oath
Keepers, which the federal law enforcement personnel are spinning as
being the inverse / exact opposite of reality. BTW, since when is it
"far right extremist" to want to uphold the Constitution of the United
States and to demand that any elected official, law enforcement officer,
or people in the armed forces actually follow through on their oath of
office in which they swear to uphold the Constitution and laws of the land?

    Yes.

I don't see why. I've understood it for decades. Lots of law
enforcement participation in militias too. Look, you make them
*think* they've been infiltrated so they throw out their government
employed members, who are probably the most competent of the bunch
anyway. Then the real gummint agents arrest who's left!

That leak message is probably bogus.

It's not a conspiracy theory. It's simpler than that. The same sort
of folks drawn to law and order and military service are also drawn to
the right. Those groups are also Second Amendment folks. "Republican
cop" is a no brainer and for how many decades has the military voted Republican? There were plenty of veterans and cops in that Jan 6
crowd. And some of them, it turns out, were armed.
