    Tried Mulvad at all? Also has wireguard settings.

    I am not sure that this is even related to the OP, but I would be
    interested to know if theres anybody out there who has managed to set up PHPVirtualBox with any degree of success.

    Nothing, as VPS are all command-line. You SSH in.

    Now, if all you need is a website + email or something, you can get one
    of those webhost resellers who offer cpanel or similar for you to manage
    stuff.

    "Best" is subjective.

    What do you use?

    Linode & digital ocean for stuff that "must work". KVM on an old server
    for learning and personal projects, etc.
