    Did no like it at first, but with each iteration grew to really like it. Especially on laptops. Far more intuitive and useful than GNOME3 as
    been. Which that had fixed the media lenses, but found non-Linux users
    has no trouble navigating the UI.

    Unity was to be an interface unifying the computer and phone
    experience. Canonical gave up on the phone and UBports took it up.
    So Canonical went back to Gnome which is no better than Unity in my
    not so humble opinion.

    Some other folks took up the task of updating Unity to use on
    computers and if you check out the articles you can learn more about
    that.

    For a moment I was confused, I thought you meant the video game engine
    Unity but this is the DE.

    Oh well, Awesome WM and KDE are my choices.
