Tren de Aragua has been used by the Venezuelan government for proxy war on
its neighbors. Trump is correct to recognize them as such, which declaration activates presidential powers that are EXEMPT from "judicial review".

The unrepentant faggot "Siri Cruz" "thinks" that no illegal immigrant can

Exactly, but the people cheering this don't even give a shit about
whether all the people arrested are actually gang members or criminals.
All they care about is "owning the libs" because for them that outweighs
the constitutions, morality, and simple human decency.

    Fox has trained them well.

Due process applies to everyone. Even illegals.

Except gun owners, according to Trump.

"Take the guns first, go through due process second"
    02/28/18

President Trump on Wednesday voiced support for
confiscating guns from certain individuals deemed
to be dangerous, even if it violates due process
rights. "Take the guns first, go through due
    process second," Trump said.

    Darker skin.

    Tattoos.

That proves they are evil military soldiers who must go to
    Donaldov Gulag.

    The tattoos say enough.

    the woman i live with has a tattoo it's a %

She may have to go too :-)

Any person who got swept up and has a gang tattoo but is not a member of
that particular gang is a walking dead in whatever prison they are sent to.

I remember the 70's in NYC and while tattoos were used, it was more the "colors" of
the gang. Usually a bandanna worn or stuffed in a pocket partially hanging out.

If you happen to do this by mistake and were not a member of the gang whose colors
you were wearing and got spotted you would get a stern warning. The next time it
would no longer be a warning.

      YEP  :-)

And that's how it's GONNA be.

Tren de Aragua has been used by the Venezuelan government for proxy
war on its neighbors. Trump is correct to recognize them as such,
which declaration activates presidential powers that are EXEMPT from
    "judicial review".

The unrepentant faggot "Siri Cruz" "thinks" that no illegal immigrant
can be deported without a form of "due process" in excess of anything
an actual American citizen is entitled to.

"The Due Process Clause applies to all persons within the
United States, including aliens, whether their presence is
    lawful, unlawful, temporary, or permanent."

The US Supreme Court, Zadvydas v. Davis (2001)
    <http://laws.findlaw.com/us/000/99-7791.html>

In context, the Court ruled that immigrants under deportation orders
cannot be indefinitely detained if no other country will accept them.

Due process applies to everyone. Even illegals.

The decision you cited does not prevent the summary deportation of illegal spics.

Of course it does. Why do you think Trump is
trying to get around it by invoking Alien Enemies
    Act?

No it doesn't. The anti-American "American Immigration Council" was whining about summary deportations back in 2014 during the Black Bastard's term:
