I don't understand why systems tracking visa entries and exits aren't >sufficient for alien registration, but Trump is requiring every alien in
the country legally and illegally to register with DHS.

This include Canadians with beady little eyes who winter in Florida, who
will now be subject to deportation for noncompliance and for not
carrying papers.

Fingerprints are required.

This is actually WWII-era law and incorporated into Immigration Act of
1952, but the complaint is Trump's failure to impose the regulation
under the Administrative Procedures Act. A judge has not blocked this.

I will no longer live in fear of getting mugged and hit on the head with
a hockey stick by an undocumented Canadian.
