We brought you the awful story earlier Wednesday—a drunk and high illegal
alien plowed his car at high speed into the vehicle of two American teens, killing them both in a wall of fire.

Outrage quickly ensued when it was reported that the driver, Oscar Eduardo Ortega-Anguiano, was being let free in July by California authorities
after serving only 3.5 years of his 10-year sentence.

The Trump administration saw the news, and rather than sit idly by and
watch the Golden State once again fail its citizens, they’re taking
    matters into their own hands:

"My office has filed a felony immigration charge against this defendant.
He faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted for 8 USC 1326. If
the State of California will not seek the full measure of justice against
this individual, the [DOJ] will," Bill Essayli, United States Attorney for
the Central District of California, tweeted.

“If the State of California will not seek the full measure of justice
against this individual, the @TheJusticeDept will,” Essayli says.

Border Czar Tom Homan was also disgusted with the release of the killer
and vowed to do everything in his power to deport him:

He may have to wait 20 years, however, if Essayli convicts Ortega-Anguiano
and sends him to federal prison.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom meanwhile, who's been trying to tack to the
center to prepare for a possible presidential run, surprisingly agreed to cooperate with ICE—something the sanctuary state is not known for doing.

Joe Biden and his “let-them-all-in” immigration policy failed this young couple. California’s soft-on-crime and open-arms welcoming of illegal immigrants failed their families. It’s left to the Trump administration to restore some sanity, and they’re stepping up to the plate.

Thanks to President Trump, illegal immigration into our great country has virtually stopped. Despite the radical left's lies, new legislation wasn't needed to secure our border, just a new president.

    President Newsom will pardon him.
