The law aims to establish a civil protection system that, in
the event of war, can transform into civil defense. The
government will allocate at least 0.3% of the GDP annually
for the implementation of these measures.

Its main objective is to improve non-military aspects of
ensuring the survival of the population. The law complements
and organizes actions aimed at preparing civil protection
entities to respond in peacetime, a state of emergency,
    and during war.

    . . .

For rather obvious border/historical reasons, Poland
and Finland are kind of leading the way in preparing
    for potential Russian incursions.

Thing is, the rest of the EU/NATO should be doing
the SAME. Every day of delay works in Vlad's favor.

I get the impression that Poland is tired of being
everyone's bitch. It ALWAYS seems to get squashed
no matter what Euro/Russian imperialists are involved.

Maybe time to build a few nuke weapons eh ? 40's
tech, pretty easy. Don't need MANY. France kinda
did the same after also being the bitch too often.
