I was at the VA here just the other day and will be going
again today.
And you needed to go twice ... because why? They weren't adequately resourced to provide both services you needed in one appointment?
Likewise, how far distant was the facility, and how many days/weeks ago
did you make the two appointments?
Because as I documented, the service levels of the VA are being cut,
even if it has not shown up yet for you personally: baseline it now.
