Peace by strength and Putin, Xi, Jong and other world leaders respect the US for that.
And while it may not be effective all the time, it certainly is a deterrent and makes those interested
in attacking the US think twice.
Compare this to Joe "Chamberlain" Biden and the results are obvious although the media will never admit it.
