    Zel does NOT seem thrilled with any of it - and
    really shouldn't be.

    What all those other Euro leaders will contribute
    also remains to be seen.

    Putin CAN continue the war for quite awhile yet.
    He can't easily be pushed around, even by the
    USA. He MIGHT be led in certain directions though.

    So ... guess we'll have to wait and see. This
    meet IS of significant relevance.
