When Kilmar Abrego Garcia first faced an immigration judge in court, he
told the judge he feared for his life if he were sent back to El
Salvador because of his own gang membership in MS 13. He stated that
"rival gangs" would kill him. If this is an accepted excuse to be given political asylum, then every gang member in every Third World failed
state south of the border would have an automatic pass to come to the
U.S. based upon their fear of rival gangs.
