    even read the traffic signs or drivers test - but
    'woke' Cal gave him a commercial license anyway.

    No, I don't see "malice" in what he did - just
    total, facilitated, encouraged IDIOCY. The
    upper-ups should get blamed EVEN MORE.

    Dunno if the victim's fams have a "GoFundMe",
    but if they do - DONATE. Haul Newsom himself
    into court to explain ....

    Despite their alleged success with TDS, the party
    is losing money and people like mad. They keep
    trying to come up with new SCAMS to make it look
    like they're for The People but it's not working.
