RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Web Engineer in Fremont, MI. Summary:
Agile custom software engineering is a critical success factor for the company and this role is a cornerstone for accelerating technology sales and servicing gains and the company's industry leading position. The ideal candidate is an industry proven,
hands-on, large-scale, public facing senior web engineer by trade with a broad range of full stack software engineering capability and accompanying real-world digital accomplishments.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6-10 years of software engineering experience using agile delivery methods
* 5+ years of large-scale public facing, direct to consumer e-commerce web engineering
* 3+ years of Java software engineering
* 2+ years of direct marketing and agency life insurance experience
* Ability to simplify large-scale system changes to minimize total cost of ownership (ensuing overhead)
* Must have an agile mindset and insatiable passion for innovation, agile delivery methods and continuous integration
* Autonomous team player able to lead effectively and build solid working relationships at all levels of the organization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications,
certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
