Local ISP "Zitomedia" issued data caps for people who have the
internet service as of 1/1/15 last year. They did this without telling
us as customers that have the internet service and without the general
consent of anybody in our family who uses the lowest internet speed in
which "Zitomedia" provides.

It seems to me to be apparent that the new owner of the local Cable TV/Internet/VoIP provider here in Burnsville, North Carolina, has a
corporate culture of doing things behind the scenes. There have been
other complaints, and they're easy to find.
